Francis Parker Theater Arts is proud to present the Middle School fall play, You Can’t Beat the House by Pat Cook.
This comedy follows two inept burglars who try to rob a house that’s uninhabited and up for sale. Much to their chagrin, they soon find themselves up to their eyeballs in a hard-driving realtor, a bickering newlywed couple, a dim-bulb cop (straight out of Mayberry), a scheming psychic, and more. What begins as a “simple” break-in spirals into comic mayhem.
Performances are Thursday, October 16 at 6:30 p.m., Friday, October 17 and Saturday, October 18 at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 19 at 4:00 p.m. in the Goshen Campus Theater (11000 U.S. Highway 42, Goshen, KY 40026) and are produced and directed by Francis Parker Theater Arts Director Reed Gabhart.
All Francis Parker students (Preschool – 12th grade) and faculty/staff receive a complimentary show ticket. General Admission tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for non-Francis Parker students. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. Cash, credit cards, and checks are accepted.
