Join us on Wednesday, October 21 from 9:00 – 10:15 a.m. in the Goshen Campus Library for the October meeting of our Peaceful Parenting Series!
The series is led by current High School parent and Certified Parenting Coach Eileen Fauver. Eileen welcomes all fellow parents and caregivers to connect, learn, and explore peaceful parenting principles, including self-regulation, connection, and emotion coaching.
This month’s topic, Self-Regulation — Practices & Neurobiology, explores what happens in our brains and bodies when we become overwhelmed, why our children’s big behaviors can activate our own nervous systems, and how understanding regulation can help us respond with greater connection and intention.
The meeting will include practical, accessible strategies, opportunities to reflect on our own patterns, and time to connect with other parents. We’ll close with an open discussion where parents can share experiences, ask questions, and explore how these ideas might apply to their own families.
All parents and caregivers are welcome, and babies and toddlers are welcome to attend.
Upcoming Date:
- Wednesday, November 11
Come as you are, connect with other families, and leave with ideas and tools you can put into practice at home.
