We are thrilled to announce the return of Imagine!, Francis Parker’s art auction and scholarship fundraiser, which has been a vibrant celebration of creativity for over 20 years. This one-of-a-kind event, taking place on Saturday, February 7 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mellwood Art Center, brings together Francis Parker families, friends, and alumni alongside local and regional artists in support of both the arts and our students.

Guests will enjoy an evening of cocktails, dinner, and a live auction while surrounded by an expansive art auction.

Each year, with the help of a dedicated committee of volunteers, the School hosts a gala to support the students of Francis Parker. We are always looking for individuals or businesses to help make this event a success. We are currently seeking sponsors, contributing artists, and donation items for our live auction — think vacation homes, unique experiences, or one-of-a-kind items! Art Submissions for Imagine!

Through Imagine!, we are deeply committed to providing meaningful opportunities for our contributing artists. Not only will your work be showcased to an engaged audience, but you will also receive 50% of the selling price of your pieces, with the ability to set your minimum bid.

We are honored by the many artists who have partnered with us throughout the years, and we sincerely hope you will consider being part of this special event by submitting your artwork. Your participation helps strengthen our mission to cultivate a joyful, compassionate, intellectual community that celebrates individuality and inspires independent thinking for life. 

Imagine! is our largest fundraiser, supporting scholarships and financial aid for students who might not be able to attend otherwise. Therefore, your contribution not only demonstrates the power of art but directly impacts our students’ futures.

Important Details for Submitting Artists:

  • Standard minimum bid is set at 50% of value.
  • All artists receive 50% of the selling price.
  • Artists may submit up to two pieces. This helps ensure we can thoughtfully curate the full collection and highlight each participant’s work.
  • Artists interested in participating must complete the Letter of Agreement by Friday, December 19, 2025.
  • Artwork must be delivered to the School by Friday, January 16, 2026.
  • Submission is not a guarantee that your work will be shown as the collection will be juried by a curation committee prior to the event. Those artists not selected will be notified prior to the event.
