Marketing and Communications Director (Start Date: Immediately)
Francis Parker School of Louisville seeks outgoing, energetic applicants for the position of Marketing and Communications Director. The School operates across two campuses – Goshen (Preschool – 8th) and Downtown (High School) – and this role shares time between both. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing all of the School’s marketing and communications strategies and tactics, including logo/brand management, advertising, digital media (including social platforms), website, public relations, and publications. The Marketing and Communications Director will create and manage the School’s advertising and marketing budgets. This role also will provide marketing support, including logo-wear, to athletics, school clubs, and other various student groups as needed. We desire applicants who are passionate about the Mission or our School and are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic newsletter publishing and graphic design skills are also required. Candidates must be committed to developing and practicing cultural competence. Middle School Math Teacher, Part Time (Start Date: Beginning of 2023-24 School Year)
Francis Parker, Goshen Campus, seeks a part-time (.6) Middle School math teacher for the 2023-24 school year. We require a BS/BA, with an MA or MAT preferred, and five or more years’ experience in Middle School education. Successful candidates have a passion for working with Middle School students and an understanding of differentiated instruction, personalized learning, and trauma-informed practices. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability and desire to work collaboratively, and dedication to continuously developing and practicing cultural competence in one’s teaching are also essential. The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelors in education as well as a masters in a related field, a minimum of five years’ experience, an understanding of Independent Schools, and an awareness of differentiated instruction. Candidates with particular strengths as literacy coaches, reading specialists, or gifted education specialists are highly encouraged to apply. JK-12 Athletic Director (Start Date: Beginning of 2023-24 School Year)
Francis Parker School of Louisville seeks experienced, dynamic applicants for the Athletic Director overseeing Lower, Middle, and High School. The School operates across two campuses – Goshen (Preschool – 8th grade) and Downtown (High School) – and this role shares time between both. Our mascot is the Wyvern. Athletic teams begin in JK and continue through High School Varsity; sports at various levels include soccer, field hockey, volleyball, cross country, basketball, bowling, baseball, tennis, and track and field. The School employs a no-cut policy in middle and high school athletics, enabling talented athletes to play a starring role from a young age and allowing novice athletes to discover a love of athletics and develop their abilities.
