Francis Parker School of Louisville and the Shanghai MacDuffie Bilingual High School are now Sister Schools! A group of Wyverns visited MacDuffie in China last spring, and just last week, MacDuffie’s Head of School, Ms. Yaiping Lu, visited Francis Parker to sign the memorandum of understanding between the two schools.
“Since starting the Chinese program in 2003, we have been searching for the right Sister School,” said Francis Parker Head of School Alexandra Thurstone G’80, ’84. “Since our students and Chinese teacher visited MacDuffie School Shanghai last spring, we knew we’d found the perfect partner. We look forward to many future visits to each other, faculty exchanges, and student collaborations.”
