Summer Camp

This summer, we invite campers into five weeks of hands-on exploration, creativity, discovery, and joyful play. Each week is thoughtfully designed around a theme that sparks curiosity and encourages imagination — from nature and art to science, community, and storytelling. With engaging projects, collaborative experiences, and our beloved midweek water play, campers will build friendships, confidence, and lasting summer memories. It’s a season filled with wonder, laughter, and meaningful learning — the perfect blend of play and discovery.

Preschool Camp Essentials:

• Program Hours: Each week runs from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., with drop-off beginning at 8:45 a.m.

• Lunch & Snacks: Please send a healthy, nut-free lunch each day in an insulated lunch box with an ice pack (we cannot heat items). A mid-morning snack and milk will be provided.

• Outdoor Time: We spend most of our time outdoors, weather permitting. Please apply a generous coating of sunscreen before your child arrives.

• Midweek Water Play: On water play days, please send your child in water play clothes or a swimsuit. Don’t forget a towel and a change of clothes!

• Age Requirements: Our camps are open to children ages two through rising kindergarten. Campers must be two by June 1, 2026 in order to participate. 

June 1 – June 5
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Campers will explore the magic of the natural world through hands-on discovery! From sensory tables and scavenger hunts to leaf printing and nature weaving, we will create, build, and observe. Midweek brings “Creek & Pond Day,” water play with floating experiments and habitat bins. We’ll end the week with a mini campsite adventure and a beautiful Nature Art Walk to celebrate our discoveries.

June 8 – June 12
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
This week is all about creativity in action! Campers will experiment in a color mixing lab, collaborate on a large-scale mural, and design their own sculptures. Wednesday’s “Water as Art” transforms spray bottles, watercolor, and ice into creative tools. We’ll wrap up the week with a Pop-Up Art Gallery where campers will proudly showcase their masterpieces.

June 15 – June 18 (Closed Friday, June 19 for Juneteenth)
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Curiosity leads the way as campers become little scientists! From sink-or-float investigations to magnet exploration and simple engineering challenges, each day is filled with hands-on experiments. “Splash Lab” water play on Wednesday features boat races, bubble stations, and droppers for real scientific fun. The week concludes with a Little Scientists Showcase to celebrate our discoveries.

June 22 – June 26
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Community comes alive through dramatic play, creativity, and kindness! Children will run a post office, create friendship bracelets, and collaborate on a kindness mural. Wednesday’s “Car Wash & Helper Day” water play highlights the important roles helpers play in our world. We’ll end the week with a joyful Community Parade and Lemonade Stand — a celebration of connection, teamwork, and caring for others.

June 29 – July 2 (Closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Fourth of July)
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Imagination takes center stage in our final week! Campers will draw story inspiration from favorite books, design costumes, and create puppets. Midweek, water play transforms into a magical “Pirates & Mermaids” (or Fairy Garden) adventure filled with treasure hunts and small world play. Children will build cardboard castles or clubhouses before presenting their creations at our Storybook Showcase — a grand finale of creativity and storytelling.

Our Goshen Campus is the perfect setting for our “Camp Curious” full-day camps! Rising kindergarten through 6th grade students are welcome to participate. With space to grow, campers will experience 64 acres of summer fun through outdoor activities and field games, science and art projects, engineering and team-building challenges, music, and more!

June 1 – June 5
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Kick off summer with sunshine, friendship, and fun! Campers will enjoy classic camp games, team-building activities, creative crafts, and outdoor adventures designed to celebrate the start of the season. It’s the perfect way to launch into summer with energy and excitement. Hello, summer! Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

June 8 – June 12
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Imagination takes center stage! Campers will explore painting, sculpture, music, movement, and hands-on maker projects. This week encourages creativity, self-expression, and collaboration while giving campers the freedom to think outside the box. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

June 15 – June 18 (Closed Friday, June 19 for Juneteenth)
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
It’s game on! Campers will participate in friendly competitions, team challenges, obstacle courses, and cooperative games that build sportsmanship and teamwork. Whether competing or collaborating, everyone comes out a winner as we learn the value of encouragement and perseverance. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

June 22 – June 26
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fort Building: Where imaginations run wild and special spaces are brought to life! Campers team up to design and construct creative forts using a variety of materials. This week is all about collaboration, hands-on engineering, imagination, and outdoor adventure. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

June 29 – July 2 (Closed Friday, July 3 in observance of Fourth of July)

It’s STEAM week! Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math come together for an exciting week of discovery. Campers will experiment, build, design, and problem-solve through hands-on projects and interactive challenges that spark curiosity and innovation. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

July 6 – July 10
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Cool off with a splash! This water-themed week is full of exciting water games, STEM experiments, and refreshing outdoor fun. Campers dive into the science of water while enjoying some of summer’s favorite activities. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

July 13 – July 17
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Mystery and discovery await! Campers will become explorers and problem-solvers as they participate in scavenger hunts, observation challenges, puzzles, and outdoor investigations, with curiosity and teamwork leading the way. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

July 20 – July 24
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Back by popular demand! Splash into even more water fun with new games, creative challenges, and hands-on experiments — perfect for campers who can’t get enough of summer water adventures. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

July 27 – July 31
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
We’re wrapping up summer with a celebration! Campers will revisit favorite activities, enjoy themed days, participate in team challenges and music, and take part in end-of-summer festivities. It’s a joyful grand finale filled with fun, laughter, and lasting memories. Each week includes an off-campus field trip that adds even more discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning to the camp experience.

We offer a variety of niche camps where campers can explore their interests and broaden their horizons. This summer, we’re bringing back favorites like Musical Theater Camp (featuring The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical), Dungeons & Dragons, Chess, and more!

Rising 4th – 8th Grade
June 8 – June 18 (Closed Friday, June 19 for Juneteenth)

Ideal for campers with a passion for theater, this two-week program encompasses everything necessary to produce a musical. Campers have the option to perform or work on the crew. This year’s production is The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical and culminates in a performance for family and friends.

Join the cast or crew as teenager Percy Jackson discovers he’s a demigod and embarks on an epic quest to find Zeus’s missing lightning bolt — all while racing to prevent a war among the gods.

Adapted from the bestselling novel by Rick Riordan, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical promises a rockin’, high-energy adventure filled with music, myth, and larger-than-life characters. Campers will explore storytelling, character development, singing, movement, and ensemble work as they bring this thrilling story to life. Your camper is in for an unforgettable stage experience this summer!

Rising K – 4th Grade

Bring your favorite stuffed friend and get ready to build an imaginative world out of cardboard! Campers will design creations, construct creative settings, and bring their stories to life through play and hands-on engineering.

Hosted by Tamiera Ware, LCSW, substitute teacher, and current 4th grade parent, this fun, inspiring, and confidence building camp is designed to help girls discover their voice, build strong friendships, and grow into their best selves! Over five engaging days, campers will explore:

• Confidence & Self Expression – finding your voice and speaking up
• Friendship & Communication Skills – building healthy, supportive relationships
• Growth Mindset & Resilience – handling challenges with confidence
• Goal Setting & Leadership – dreaming big and taking action

Each day includes interactive discussions, group activities, creative projects, and opportunities for reflection in a supportive, uplifting environment. Perfect for girls who want to build confidence, connect with others, and have fun while learning important life skills!

Learn deck-building strategies, gameplay mechanics, and tournament-style play inspired by Magic: The Gathering. Campers will sharpen critical thinking and strategic planning skills while enjoying friendly competition during this week of camp!

Adventure awaits! Join us for an action-packed week, where imagination and adventure come to life! Create your own hero, embark on epic quests, and work with your team to defeat monsters, solve puzzles, and uncover hidden treasures. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to the game, this camp is perfect for anyone ready to roll the dice and explore a world of magic and mystery! Are you ready to begin your quest?

Rising 3rd – 6th Grade
July 6 – July 10
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Perfect for curious students who enjoy learning by doing, this camp offers hands-on science exploration across multiple disciplines. Campers will build and test circuits, conduct dry ice investigations, and dive into safe, occasionally messy chemistry experiments. STEM design challenges encourage problem-solving and creativity, while life science explorations round out a dynamic and engaging experience.

Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of chess? A growing body of research shows that chess improves kids’ thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as their math and reading test scores. We’re excited to host The Knight School on campus to teach campers the game of chess. Whether brand new to chess or already experienced, campers will build confidence, learn tactics, practice sportsmanship, and enjoy friendly competition in a fun and supportive environment.

Registration will be handled through The Knight School here. 

Rising 9th Grade

We encourage all students entering 9th grade who wish to sharpen their academic, organizational, and study skills to attend this course. It is designed for students who would benefit from extra development of basic academic skills – and/or a refresher before high school starts – to prepare for the demands of their high school courses. Prep for Success features intensive, structured, and individualized small group instruction in skills essential for success at Francis Parker.

Students will prepare for the demands of their academic year and meet their fellow students prior to the start of the year. There may be a small amount of homework (limited to one hour per night maximum). Prep for Success offers instruction in:

• Organizational skills
• Effective study habits
• Reading comprehension
• Basic math concepts/strategies
• Note-taking
• Essay writing
• Summer Reading
• Research skills
